NAS, QNAP TS-653b, for parts, not working, Network Attached Storage

QNAP TS-653b, 8GB RAM version. Visually there is no damage apart from normal wear. Have been using it as my to go home storage and Emby server. No hard drives are included.

On boot, red light flashes and system does not come up. Checked the forums, it seems there is a fix. I do not have the nerves to fix stuff anymore.
