Complete Receipts and records document the Job. This is a great quality, mechanically sound, and ready to enjoy Defender for many years to come. Echanically, the motor and transmission were uninstalled, cleaned, resealed, painted, new timing parts, new gaskets, new seals, new pumps, belts, and just about everything attached to it. Engine items refinished/repainted, engine bay detailed. Electronics wise it received a new battery, alternator, starter, spark plugs, ignition cap, rotor, and distributor.
The transmission received a new clutch, new axles, new tie rods were installed and fluids and the braking system was completely gone through and replaced anything that was not up to specifications. A new radiator was installed, new brake rotors, new calipers, new pads on all 4 corners. The suspension was refreshed with new shocks and the springs were repainted. Tires are Dick Cepek Mud Country Tires in LT265/75r16 size and have 80% tread remaining all around and ride nicely. The alloy wheels themselves are in excellent shape. Shifts between gears are smooth and the clutch is perfect. No exhaust leaks, no strange engine noises. Engagement in the transfer case into high, low, etc are all solid. Every fluid and filter has been changed in the last 200 miles. The truck was fully detailed top to bottom, paint corrected, and any dings were professionally removed by using paint-less dent removal. The frame and undercarriage are in great shape, the undercarriage was refinished. The front and rear bumpers and brush guards were recently powder coated and refreshed. The front seats were reupholstered in the last 200 miles and repadded.Included in the sale are a brand new set of rear jumper seats should you decide to not use the bench. Along with an excellent condition OEM Rover soft-top setup.
A new stereo headunit was also installed and is hidden in center console for easy access. All books, extra keys, tools, manuals, and documentation is included with the sale.
