1 drive cage is missing, 2 cages (#1 & #6) won't clip in, & cage #3 clips in, but becomes unclipped very easily. Other than that, everything functions properly. Hopefully getting 4 replacement cages is pretty easy. The fans sound great & the cosmetic condition is great. I don't know how much RAM it has.
